Meet Tim, the chef behind all your Fish Vibe favourites. Tim's been cooking up a storm for over 10 years now with Fish, chips and all thing grilled, battered & crumbed a cooking style favourite. He's the talent & heart of the good vibes you're experiencing at Fish Vibes - Jones Beach.
